NOTTINGHAMSHIRE's RAINBOW HERITAGE

A group of local people have started a History Project which centres on lesbian, gay and bisexual people in Nottinghamshire. The Project has qualified for a large grant from the Lottery Heritage Fund.

The Project involves: gathering oral or video records of peoples' experiences and views; setting up displays and exhibitions across the County; collecting memorabilia (copies or originals) e.g. photos of you and friends at LGB events, publicity flyers for LGB events/venues past and present, relevant newspaper cuttings, documents/newsletters/minutes of LGB groups and organisations  ....

Are you interested in any of the following:

          • helping to organise the project
          • being interviewed about your views and experiences
          • providing or loaning "memorabilia"
          • just being informed about what's happening
